I help individuals find emotional balance, inner peace and self-awareness through art and creative expression. Healing doesn’t always begin with words—sometimes, it begins with a scribble on paper. As a Certified Art Therapy Coach, I guide people to release stress, quiet the mind and reconnect with their authentic selves—NO ART SKILLS REQUIRED!

Choosing to become a Certified Art Therapy Coach and Handwriting analysis expert wasn’t a career switch. It was a homecoming for me!

""From Healing Myself to Helping Others Through Art""
I was going through a tough time during 2019-2020, & then during the lockdown, one day I just lost it with an emotional breakdown, I felt completely overwhelmed and exhausted by the way I was living my life. I just couldn’t think clearly or make sense of anything, there I was sitting in my bathroom where I had locked myself up just to escape the chaos of my life for a moment.
That’s when it hit me—what am I doing? This can’t be my life, this is NOT HOW ONE LIVES…constant anxiety, that feeling of un-wellness always, sadness, pessimism, overwhelm out of the blue, worries, negative thoughts, the list is long!
Thanks when I said one word to myself- ENOUGH!
And that was it! To share everything will take pages and pages so to cut it short, I asked myself- WHO AM I? & WHAT I WANT? In the process of answering these 2 questions, I not only found a purpose but found the real me!
I started my Art business a full time profession, and that’s what changed everything!
My Art saved me! If it helped me, maybe it could help others too!
I thought there must be some science behind this, so I explored, found there are certifications available, So I trained formally, became a Certified Art Therapy Coach and Handwriting analysis Expert, and started guiding people—homemakers, professionals, anyone feeling stressed or disconnected—to reconnect with themselves through creative expression.
And here’s the best part: you don’t need to be GOOD AT ART TO BENEFIT! You just need to show up and start. Because art doesn’t just heal—it helps us express in ways words can't, heal and help us live a happier & thriving life!

It doesn't help with Art Therapy in any way but...
I discovered watercolor painting during the lockdown—a time when I was struggling with a mental breakdown. What started as a way to cope and heal soon blossomed into a full-time profession. I taught myself and perfected the art during those quiet, uncertain months, finding peace and purpose in every brushstroke. By late 2020, I began teaching others, turning my personal journey into a shared experience of creativity and healing.
I taught Watercolor Courses from 2020 - 2025 on various platforms like, Skillshare, Creative Fabrica, Foxsy and my own website.
Painting with watercolors is just therapeutic and deeply freeing—a way to express emotions, tell stories and connect with your inner self, one color at a time. And I still paint everyday for myself!
Though I don't do watercolor as a profession anymore, Good news is- You can still access my courses!
